UPPSC Update: Big change in Public Service Commission exams, paper color will change at every center..

UPPSC Exam: The papers for the examinations to be held by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission will be different from color to code. Papers of different colors and codes will be prepared for various competitive examinations in Uttar Pradesh. Let us tell you that the Uttar Pradesh government has recently passed an ordinance, Uttar Pradesh State Public Service Commission (Regulation of Procedure) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024, to prevent incidents like paper leaks in examinations. The UP State Public Service Commission has issued an ordinance regarding amendment to the Act. Under this, four sets of each question paper will be prepared for the Public Service Commission examinations. These paper setters will be from different places. The sealed question papers received from the paper setter will be kept under the supervision of the Controller of Examinations. Any two of these will be published from the printing press.

There will be no mark.
The Controller of Examinations will have to give the envelopes of all four question papers received from the paper setter to the moderator (who brings the question papers to one level in terms of easy or difficult) associated with them after taking a receipt from them. After which the moderator will put his seal on all four question papers by placing them in separate packets. No mark will be put on these envelopes for identification and they will be given to the Controller of Examinations or his nominee only after taking a receipt.

Only two sets of papers will be printed out of the four sets.
For the Public Service Commission examinations, only two of the question papers prepared in total will be published. The Controller of Examinations will have to select two question papers on any subject without opening the envelope. They will have to be sent in the same form to two different printing presses. It will be the responsibility of the printing press to prepare the packets of question papers in different colors and confidential codes for all the examination centers by putting its seal on them. Along with this, its confidentiality should also be maintained.
