About fashion designer Rohit Bal

Rohit Bal, known for his extravagant use of lotus and peacock motifs and lush fabrics like velvet and brocade, showcased a collection that felt like a masterclass in grandeur. His work is synonymous with royalty, and his international clients— which includes Cindy Crawford, Pamela Anderson, Uma Thurman, and just about every Indian celebrity you can think of — can’t get enough of it! Rohit Bal received a burst of applause from the audience as he joined Ananya for her final walk. Ananya offered him a rose, and in typical Rohit Bal aura, he couldn't resist breaking into a small dance, which garnered hooting from the audience. His return to the runway following a terrible health crisis last year made the fashion show even more memorable, and it was evident that both the crowd and social media were charmed with his incredible collection.

Ananya Panday’s work front

But that’s not all! On the work front, Ananya’s been keeping busy. After the buzz-worthy series Call Me Bae, she starred in CTRL, Vikramaditya Motwane's Netflix thriller. In the film, Ananya plays Nella Awasthi, an influencer trying to delete her ex, Joe, from her life (literally!) using AI. Spoiler: things get wild. Off-screen though, Ananya’s much more chill about breakups — no rogue AI necessary!
