Hero MotoCorp has launched the 2025 iteration of its most affordable motorcycle, the HF 100, now updated to meet the latest OBD-2B emission norms . Priced at Rs 60,118, ex-showroom, the HF 100 will continue to compete in the price competitive commuter segment , albeit with an increased price of Rs 1,100.

The HF 100 retains its 97.2cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, delivering 8.02 hp and 8.05 Nm of torque. This powerplant is paired with a 4-speed gearbox and is known for its fuel efficiency , offering approximately 70 kmpl.
The motorcycle's suspension setup includes telescopic forks at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are handled by drum brakes on both ends, integrated with Hero's Integrated Braking System (IBS).
Design-wise, the HF 100 maintains its straightforward and practical look, available in two color options: Black with Blue graphics and Black with Red graphics. The motorcycle features an analogue instrument cluster, halogen headlamp, and a 9.1-litre fuel tank. It competes with models like the Bajaj Platina 100 , TVS Radeon, and Honda Shine 100 in the entry-level commuter segment.
The updated HF 100 comes as part of a broader portfolio upgrade at Hero MotoCorp which has already seen the 2025 editions of several motorcycles being launched, including the likes of the Splendor Plus, Glamour and more.
