HYDERABAD: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has again extended the deadline for admission to programmes offered in July 2024 session till October 31. The extension is applicable for all programmes except for semester-based and certificate programmes.
Earlier, IGNOU set October 15 as the deadline. Before October 15, the deadline for registration was September 30 for the ODL and online programmes.

How to register for IGNOU July 2024
Step 1: Go to the official website of IGNOU –
Step 2: Click on the ‘New Registrations’ tab
Step 3: Fill in all the required registration details
Step 4: Set a ‘Username’ and ‘Password’
Step 5: Fill all the required information and submit
Step 6: With the login details received on the email ID and phone number, log in using the same and fill in all the details required
Step 7: Select the programme to be studied
Step 8: Submit the registration form
TEE registration date extended
Meanwhile, IGNOU has extended the last date for the December 2024 Term End Examination (TEE) registration for both ODL and online programmes.
Students can submit the application form without late fees by October 20. They can submit the form with a late fee of Rs 1100 from October 22 to October 31.
Earlier, the deadline was October 16 which is now extended till October 20.
