The marks obtained in the June 2024 session of CSIR UGC NET will be valid for one year for Ph.D. admissions. This applies to candidates qualifying in categories-2 and -3. The final admission process for Ph.D. programs will weigh the CSIR UGC NET score at 70%, while the remaining 30% will depend on performance in an interview or viva voce conducted by the respective institutions.
