Minister’s padayatra

The padayatra undertaken by a union minister has caused edginess among some politicians in the state. Every important politician of the ruling party has begun to find out its significance.  Most of the BJP leaders think the purpose of the union minister’s padayatra is to bring his son into politics. The minister’s son and daughter-in-law are marching with him.

The padayatra has generated a lot of curiosity among the public. The government may announce reservations for women. Keeping that in mind, the minister is inaugurating his daughter-in-law into politics from now.A few leaders of the BJP think the union minister is increasing his political activities in the state.

There are talks that the central minister did not discuss the padayatra with the state leaders. Nothing happens in the BJP without the organisation’s consent. The union minister’s padayatra has opened the door for other leaders who may also take out such padayatra with their children in their constituencies. 

Minister’s style

A minister in the state cabinet is known for his style. The minister has recently got his daughter married. In this ceremony, too, he behaved differently. The minister did something out of the ordinary at the function. He distributed food packets among the drivers of big vehicles that passed through the road outside the resort where the minister solemnised his daughter’s wedding.

As long as the reception inside the resort continued, the minister’s men distributed food packets among the people outside the wedding venue. The minister’s gesture surprised those who were present at the function, as they saw for the first time that the unknown drivers were also given food as part of the wedding ceremony.

He has another peculiarity. Wherever he is, the minister chants ‘Sitaram’ ten minutes daily. The minister’s way of uttering prayers startles many people. He loves the poor. This is the reason that whenever he organises any event, he pays proper attention to them. It is because of his habits that the minister is popular among the people of his constituency.

For Bangla, Gaadi

A senior leader of the BJP, who has been a minister in the state cabinet and an MP several times, was appointed chairman of a commission before the assembly election. After taking over as chairman of the commission, the leader has hardly done anything for the other backward classes.

He is worried only about a bungalow, a car and a personal secretary. The former minister wants a government bungalow and a fine car in Bhopal. The former minister has visited the CM’s secretariat several times for this. Whenever he meets the top bosses of the party, he simply speaks about his own welfare instead of the backward castes.

Senior leaders of the party barely give him any importance these days. Once he rebelled against the party and fought an election. He has lost his importance in the party ever since then. He was appointed chairman of the commission before the assembly election to maintain the caste equation. But, instead of allotting a bungalow and a car, the government is waiting for his tenure as chairman of the commission to end.

Hard luck

A senior member of the state cabinet seems to be running out of luck this time. He has courted controversies more than any other minister since he joined the cabinet 17 months ago. His name is easily associated with any contentious issue. An obscene video of a BJP leader recently went viral on social media.

A photograph of the minister also went viral together with that of the BJP leader. The minister has explained the reasons behind his photograph with the BJP lead. He says whosoever comes to his residence gets a selfie with him. He also says the leader whose video went viral was not close to him. But the BJP leader’s name was associated with him.

Recently, when a controversial statement of a minister was raising a storm across the state, a remark of the minister also hogged the media headlines. He sparked controversies through his statements on many occasions. Those who are close to the leader have advised him to consult an astrologer.

Disillusioned leader

A Congress leader, who was given the charge of the party in the state, was initially cherry, but he is getting disillusioned with the party’s state of affairs. He visited a lot of places; however, the party leaders’ way of working forced him to take any decision with caution. The Congress has many senior leaders in the party.

The leader’s style of working reached the top leadership in Delhi. The in-charge maintains a royal lifestyle. As a result, the state Congress leaders began to target him within a few months of his taking over as in charge. The central leadership of the party was informed about this stately lifestyle.

Now, the top leadership has told him to work at the grassroots. Several in-charges of the Congress failed to remain in the state for a long time in the past. A few senior leaders of the state do not let the in-charges function.

MLA disturbed

A BJP legislator is worried about the government bungalow allotted to him. What happened to the legislator, rarely occurs to anyone. A bungalow was allotted to the legislator after the government formation. Although the legislator is living in the bungalow, a powerful class three employee got the house transferred to his name. As a result, the MLA is not authorised to live in the bungalow anymore.

A notice has been issued to the legislator asking him to vacate the bungalow. When the legislator met the higher-ups, they assured him that they would not ask him to vacate the residence. There are reports that the class three employee was allotted another house after the legislator’s efforts. The story does not end. His efforts to keep the house came to naught. As the bungalow allotted to him was cancelled, it will be assigned to the legislator afresh.

The legislator is moving from one place to another in Mantralaya for allotment of the bungalow. He is close to a central minister and maintains good terms with everyone. But still he is unable to understand the reasons behind what happened to him.
