Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda has purchased a luxury apartment in Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 5.63 crore, according to property registration records accessed by Square Yards via the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The transaction was officially registered in June 2025.

The apartment is located in Bianca CHS Ltd. and features a built-up area of 142.19 square metres (approximately 1,530 square feet). The property deal involved a stamp duty of Rs 33.78 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Randeep has joined a growing list of Bollywood celebrities investing in Andheri West, including Jaideep Ahlawat, Gurmeet Choudhary, Gauahar Khan, Zaid Darbar, Ronit Bose Roy and Kartik Aaryan, who have all recently purchased properties in the area.

The locality is well-connected via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line.
Over the years, it has transformed into a blend of upscale residential spaces, office complexes, co-working hubs, retail outlets, and entertainment centres.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Randeep was last seen in Jaat along with Sunny Deol. In the film, he played the role of antagonist Ranatunga. According to media reports, the actor had charged nearly Rs 6 crore for his role.
He will next be seen in American action adventure comedy film titled Matchbox with John Cena, Jessica Biel and Sam Richardson among others. The film is all set to release in 2026.
