Hannah Fawcett, from Braveheart Cycle Club, issued a statement on April 27 and said: “It is with great sadness I write that our club mate Phil Williams tragically died following a fatal accident in the Majorca 312 yesterday. Phil will be deeply missed by us all. An exceptional bike rider with so many outstanding achievements and a wonderful person too.
