The cast also includes a young pop megastar Sabrina Carpenter as a teenage Merrin Williams, with Juno Temple playing the character as an adult, with Max Minghella playing Lee Tourneau, reports the Manchester Evening News.
IMDB describes the plot: "After Iggy's long-time girlfriend is murdered and the whole town agrees he is the killer, he awakens one morning with horns and the townspeople soon confess their sins. Once knowing the sins of the people, he is facing the true killer of his beloved girlfriend."
Now, this horror-comedy is available to stream at no cost on Pluto TV. Viewers can dive into the "brilliant" adaptation starting today (July 14).
Despite its mixed reception, the film has since won over audiences with its unique take. A viewer commented: "Wow give this a chance, it's really good, just take some time to understand it, very underrated."
Another viewer praised the film, saying: "This was an underdog movie. It had aspects of horror, fantasy and drama. The psychological suspense really brings this film into a different category. Very good movie."

A third fan expressed: "I don't understand the low critic and audience ratings for this film. It's genuinely a brilliant story cleverly adapted from the novel and succeeds in taking the viewer through a disturbing emotional journey with a fantastic finale! An absolutely original and exciting film with a great performance from Daniel Radcliffe, believe it or not."
Another added: "Much better than the critics would have you believe. Solid and entertaining."
The film, adapted from Joe Hill's best selling 2010 novel, delves into themes of guilt, revenge, and transformation since its cinematic release in 2014.
Fans have dubbed the book a "favourite", describing it as "dark and mysterious", while the film adaptation has been hailed for having everything one could want in a movie, with a viewer adding: "Wow, I've watched a lot of movies in my 69 years on this planet lol I have to tell you I was glued to my seat watching this movie."
Horns is available to stream on Pluto TV from July 14.
