A large cordon has been set up in Kings Cross after a protester scaled the clock tower with a small dog in tow.
Several police officers are at the scene and a London Fire Brigade cherry picker has been raised to the protester, with crews talking to him. The protester was seen wearing a black t-shirt with the words "no to war," with a banner that said "Iran belongs to its people" draped down the clock tower.
Paramedics were also seen at Kings Cross. After speaking with crews, the protester handed a small dog he was carrying to them, to cheers from onlookers. The dog was carried back down to the ground.
