A shocking case of kidnapping and gang rape of a young girl from a train has come to light in Etawah district. The girl was returning from her maternal uncle's house. Then she boarded the Kota-Etawah Express from Bhind. A young man was also on the train who started molesting her. The girl got upset with all this and she changed the bogie of the train. But the accused reached there too. After this, the young man kidnapped her and gang-raped her after keeping her hostage for five hours.
The girl's father complained on Sunday. The incident took place on October 12. It is alleged that the accused made the girl unconscious by feeding her intoxicants and then gang-raped her. Superintendent of Police (Etawah Rural) Satyapal Singh said that the girl had boarded the Kota-Etawah Express from Soni Railway Station of Bhind district to come to Etawah. Then an unknown youth started recording her video. The girl opposed it and went to another coach.
The accused followed her there too. He made the girl unconscious by feeding her something on some pretext and then kidnapped her. When the girl regained consciousness, three young men were standing near her, all three of them gang-raped her. The accused kept the girl hostage for five hours. Based on the complaint of the family members, a zero FIR has been registered at Bakewar police station. The case has been handed over to GRP for further investigation and action.
