will soon embark on two new superyachts and one new European river ship providing visitors with a relaxing floating oasis. Following the launch of Emerald Kaia and Emerald Astra in April 2026 Emerald has now unveiled an exciting major multi-ship expansion for 2027.
Reinforcing its leadership in boutique yachting, the new dubbed Emerald Raiya and Emerald Xara will feature Emerald Cruises sleek contemporary designs with an eye on luxury and comfort. Both ships will feature spacious all-suite accommodations, an expansive Sky Deck with private cabanas and panoramic views. Both vessels will be able to accommodate 128 guests.

There will also be a picturesque swim-up marina platform enabling guests effortless access to the turquoise waters of the sea alongside an open-air fitness area and multiple dining venues where you can sit back and watch the waves lap up against the ship.
Those looking for a touch of adventure can try their hand at the collection of water toys and activities available including paddleboards and SeaBobs.
Raiya will debut in the Seychelles in winter 2026/27, then sail the Eastern Mediterranean in summer 2027, before returning to the Seychelles in winter 2027/28.
Xara wil launch in the Mediterranean in summer 2027 and then operate in the Caribbean for winter 2027-28.
In 2027, Emerald Cruises will sail on the Seine for the first time with the Emerald Lumi, offering round-trip voyages from Paris.
Glen Moroney, chairman and founder of Emerald Cruises parent Scenic Group, said: "This is a transformational moment for Emerald Cruises.
"From our first yachts to today's growing fleet, our vision remains clear: to deliver curated experiences in some of the world's most captivating destinations - both by ocean and river."
