If you're struggling to get your looking its best, the solution might be simpler than you thought. You don't need fancy fertilisers - you just need to make sure it's sitting in the right place in your home. David Denyer, an expert florist from Eflorist, said: "Most people make one simple mistake that stops their peace lily from blooming, but the fix is easier than you think."
David is a renowned florist with over 25 years in the industry and a winner of numerous coveted floral and awards. He explained: "The number one mistake people make with peace lilies is giving them the wrong amount of light. Too much direct sunlight will scorch the leaves, but too little and they won't at all."

"If your peace lily has leaves and no blooms, it probably needs a brighter spot - just make sure it's in indirect light."
If you're not sure where in your home to place your plant, Denyer says a great spot is near an east-facing window where it gets soft morning sun but is shielded from harsh afternoon rays.
Ultimately, where you place your plant could be the difference between thriving and barely surviving.

Another common mistake people make is not having their plant in the right humidity levels.
Denyer said: "Peace lilies are tropical plants, which means dry air can make them struggle. I always recommend misting them regularly or keeping them in naturally humid spaces like bathrooms or kitchens.
"And when it comes to watering, the key is balance. Overwatering is just as damaging as underwatering. The best rule? Wait until the top inch of soil feels dry, then water thoroughly. If the leaves are drooping, that's your plant telling you it's thirsty; but don't wait until the leaves are completely limp."
