Avengers Endgame Deleted Scene Shows Tony Stark Meeting Daughter. Fans Divided Over Sequence Being Left Out Of Final Cut

Fans of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) are still not over the emotional ending of Avengers: Endgame. The loss of Iron Man aka Tony Stark still hurts the die-hard fans of the comic-inspired superhero movie franchise. Now, the deleted scene from the 2019 film that has fans divided over it being included in the original cut of Avengers: Endgame.

Tony Stark meets grown-up Morgan StarkIn the deleted video, Tony Stark snaps and reaches Soulworld where he meets his daughter Morgan (played by Katherine Langford). He doesn't recognise her and asks, "Do I know you?". To which, Morgan says, he knows her pretty closely. She then calls her Dad and he gets emotional while holding her hand. He then says it worked and Morgan says it did for her and she got to live, however, she said she could not say the same for her. He gets worried and says he might have made a bad decision. Morgan reassures him and says it might be tough for him to let go, but she is proud of him. She says she is strong like mom and happy that she had the time that she did with her Dad. That he was there for her until he couldn't be. ALSO READ: The scene concludes with an emotional ending, where Morgan says I love you to her Dad and she kisses his cheek and says, "I love you 3000". Fans divided over the deleted sceneFans of the film flocked to the comment section, and while some of them were happy with the scene not making it to the movie, others said leaving it out was a mistake. One fan wrote, "They rightfully cut this. Very, very weirdly shot, scripted and acted.", while another commented, " The closure we all needed". A user referenced Katherine's 13 Reasons Why character and stated, "I'm glad it got deleted cause all I see is Hannah Baker being Tony Starks daughter". A fan also wanted the scene tweaked and wrote, "Should’ve been: No talking. Tony looks around a bit confused. Sees Morgan. Walks slowly toward her in silence. We see him start to smile. She smiles with a tear streaking down. He hugs her and whispers, “I love you 3000.” Cuts back to battle ending."
