Assembly speaker Surama Padhy inaugurated the cultural programme organised by Madhumaya Panigrahi Foundation, a Berhampur-based organization. Ashok Kumar Ganguli, director, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Berhampur and Twishampati Jena, founder member of OCA, South Africa, graced the occasion as guests.
