A total of 4,27,021 students appeared for the SSLC examination conducted from March 3 to March 26, 2025. Of these, 1,42,298 candidates belonged to government schools, 2,55,092 from government-aided schools, and 29,631 from unaided institutions. Examinations were also held at nine centres in Lakshadweep and seven centres in Gulf countries, where 447 and 682 students, respectively, participated.
