However, the film was not a major commercial success, it gained a dedicated fan following over the years, largely due to its quirky storyline, catchy songs, and the lighthearted performances of the lead actors.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rani is gearing up to reprise her iconic role as Shivani Shivaji Roy in the upcoming third instalment of the action thriller franchise 'Mardaani'.
