A morning routine for maximum energy is about syncing or aligning ourselves with a natural circadian rhythm, forming the foundation for the whole day. Starting your day on a good note will make your routine flow freely, giving you ample time to fit in all you need to have a complete day without the complexities. A few things that can be done to kickstart the day:
1. Washing your face: Splashing cold water on your face will instantly bring down he stress hormones down. Washing your face with cold water helps you to freshen up in the morning.
2. Hydration: Have a glass of water; be it any way you like; it can be cold, warm, etc. It replenishes your body and hydrates it preparing it for the day.

Having a good breakfast: A person who can eat in the first hour of waking is able to manage hunger throughout the day with lesser sugar cravings and the feeling of being famished is reduced to give full energy to the body. It is highly recommended that food intake at the right time benefits your maximum energy throughout the day. As we know, energy is not produced.
