How to make Fenugreek Water
Take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and soak it in 1/2 cup of water. Cover it and let it rest overnight.Next morning, strain it and drink the water on an empty stomach for effective results. One can chew the seeds or use them in cooking later.
