Processed foods are convenient meals with exciting taste. They save us from hassle of preparation and can be consumed readily. They are easy-to-make, high of flavours, and filling too. But at the same time, they are gigh in calories, unhealthy fat, and use a lot of preservatives. And if experts are to be believed all these can be deceptive, particularly when it comes to your eye health and overall health too. Here is how processed foods can negatively affect your vision:
Nutritional Neglect
The healthy vision depends on proper nutrition intake and vitamins like A, C, and E are important to maintain optimal eye health and prevent vision-related issues.
